At Elvera Nutrition, we prioritize efficiency to ensure you receive your performance fuel as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or statutory Canadian holidays. During high-volume periods (such as new product launches or Black Friday), processing may take an additional 24-48 hours.

We currently ship across all Canadian provinces and territories, as well as the Continental United States.

Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. We offer flat-rate shipping options for major Canadian urban centers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Incorrect Address Policy
Elvera Nutrition is not responsible for shipments that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our facility due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Your performance is our priority. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please contact our support team at info@elveranutrition.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will initiate a replacement process immediately.
International Shipping
For our US-based athletes, please be aware that Elvera Nutrition is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
